The quickest way to get up and running with your new accounting or payroll package is with a JumpStart consultant. This popular on site service is offered during work hours or after hours at a time to suit you. A trainer comes to you to discuss the way the package can best be used to suit your organisation's needs.

A new data file will then be created and customised to your requirements. You'll be shown how to set up your accounts, debtors, creditors and stock balances ready for transactions and your accountant will be consulted if required. JumpStart will also customise your invoice, statement and other stationery forms to suit your business needs. Lastly, and most importantly, you will be trained in how to use the system correctly.

Your JumpStart consultant will spend as much (or as little) time as required to ensure that your individual needs are addressed. Time spent depends on the complexity of the set up and the existing knowledge of the user. A typical set up with training may be two sessions of four hours. Group training is also available at your premises or our training rooms.

It is critical that your file is set up correctly, otherwise you may waste valuable hours later undoing errors or starting up the file again. Your accounting package is a powerful tool - learn to use it properly!
